Pet Policy
We are proud to call The Vine Apartments pet friendly! Our non refundable pet fee is $500 and our monthly pet rent is $75 per pet. Maximum of two pets.
Single Pet weight limit cannot exceed 100 lbs, if 2 pets the total cannot exceed 100 lbs combined.
Pet friendly apartments are reserved for the first floor units only.
Breed restrictions include No Aggressive dogs. We do not allow residents to bring dogs deemed “aggressive”. There’s no set list, but this usually includes Pit Bulls, Dobermans, Rotweillers, German Shepherds, and Great Danes. While your pet may be harmless, most landlords (and insurance companies) find these breeds to be risky tenants!
